Cellular Telephone Use and Cancer Risk

We could not find any significant evidence that mobile phones increase the risk of cancers of the brain, say Danish researchers.

Danish experts conducted a study which examined patients with brain tumors at the age of 20 to 79 years in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. In the mid 90-ies in the world has rapidly increased the use of cellular communications, almost every person in our time is a means of communication. Since then, raises a lot of any issues related to the influence of the phones on human health, one of the most urgent - that the use of this communication leads to a brain tumor.

However, analyzing patient data, the experts found no increased incidence of brain cancer among the participants of the experiment. According to them, from the moment when mobile phones are widespread, not recorded rising trend in incidence among the population. But scientists believe that for more accurate results necessary to conduct large-scale and long-term studies. The research work was published in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute.
